Hollow Body Tuck Up Ladder (30 seconds)
Repeat both movements again

 

ROUND THREE
High to Low Plank (30 seconds)
Low Plank Alt Arm Reaches (30 seconds)
Lunge jumps (30 seconds, alt sides)
